Dry wash only
Tops/Skirts/Dresses:
Hand Wash: To maintain the natural fiber strength.
Colours May Bleed: Natural cotton holds dye differently; wash separately for the first few cycles.
Shade Dry: Direct sunlight can "cook" cotton fibers and fade colors. Drying in the shade keeps the fabric soft and vibrant.
Air Dry: If worn for just a few hours, air dry in shade to just refresh.

Ready to Ship: If the product is currently in stock, your order will be shipped within 3 working days.
Small-Batch Production: We produce in small, deliberate batches, which means popular items may sometimes sell out.
Custom Requests: If your preferred selection is currently unavailable, please reach out to us via Instagram DM or email us at label.ragam@gmail.com. Subject to fabric availability, we will happily custom-stitch the piece for you. Please note that standard production and delivery for custom orders takes approximately 14 days.
Returns & Refunds - We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, please note the following:
Condition: Items must be returned unused, unworn, and with all original tags intact.
Logistics: If your pin code is outside our serviceable area for reverse pickups, you will need to self-ship the product back to us.
Inspection & Approval: Every return undergoes a quality check. If the item is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please Note: If the product is found to be damaged or used upon inspection, a refund will not be issued.
Exchanges - We operate on a Return & Re-order basis. Once your return is processed and refunded, you may place a new order for any available item on our site.
